After many years of art instruction and working as a commissioned portrait artist, Stine received her professional decorative arts training from The Smithsonian Institution, in Washington D.C. and The Art League in Alexandria, VA. Stine has also worked under the tutelage of national and international decorative arts masters. Her expertise gives her the breadth of technique to create stunningly unique works that accommodate even the most demanding personal taste.
